Version 1.1

Site update version 1.1 is the first in a series of updates to come to the32nd.org.

Updates/Changes:
• Site URL changed to the32nd.org
• Added a unique site icon
• Forums and Twitch were moved to their own pages
• An RSOT page was added
• The Private Policy was moved to its own page and can now be found at the bottom of the home page
• A blog page was added

More updates to come.
